New interface features

We made changes to the service interface. The main features of the new interface:

1. the ability to open the calculator on the page of the list of arbs (the opportunity to open the calculator in a new window is preserved)
2. the ability to open several calculators at a time
3. fixing the calculator at the top of the page - advanced management of update / auto update coefficients in an open calculator
4. it became possible to go to an event on the bookmaker site with one click for all bets of the arb
