Refund policy


If the buyer is dissatisfied with the quality of the services rendered by the service, he is entitled to refund the funds spent for the purchase of the subscription within 3 days from the moment of purchase.

The exceptions are cases of violation of the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, in these cases, the refund policy does not apply.

Multiple refunds at the discretion of the administration.

When paying through the PerfectMoney, Plisio, Astropay, Betatransfer, the refund program is not valid.

Details and deadlines

The funds will be refunded to the details from which the payment was made. If the purchase was paid with a bank card, the funds will be returned to the card from which the payment was made.

A commission on operating expenses is deducted from the refund amount.

Only unused paid subscription time is refundable. The time used is calculated in days from the moment the subscription was paid until the moment the refund request was received, rounded up and based on the cost of the minimum duration tariff corresponding to the type of chosen subscription.

The refund period can reach up to 30 calendar days from the moment the service is disabled to the user, depending on the choice of payment method.

The terms for consideration of a request for a refund are 1-3 business days.
