Customer support service
The service has a built-in ticket system of communication with the Administration. Thus, any request creates a ticket, within which a user and administrator can communicate.
Each ticket has the status: open, closed, a response from the administration received, as well as the date of creation.
The administration’s response to the ticket is duplicated to the user's email for notification; moreover, there appears a notification in the main service menu next to the “Profile” menu field.
Attention! In case of creating an error message via a special form, a ticket is also created for greater convenience.
